Welcome to the BRTC Alert system.

This system allows you to receive email, text, and voice alerts from BRTC in case of emergencies and to inform you of class and campus cancellations.  You can receive alerts on multiple voice and text numbers as well as multiple email addresses.

You may access technical support by texting INFO or HELP to any of the following numbers:

  • 78015
  • 81437

You may also email techsupport@ravemobilesafety.com for assistance.

  1. Visit http://www.getrave.com/login/blackrivertech
  2. Login using your email address and password you used when you first registered.

You can manage your account including opting out of receiving texts and/or voice alerts, etc.

If you have forgotten your username or password,

  1. Visit http://www.getrave.com/login/blackrivertech
  2. Click on Forgot your username? or Forgot your password?
  3. Follow the instructions.

To stop receiving all forms of notifications (voice, email, etc.) from BRTC, submit a request to techsupport@ravemobilesafety.com

  1. Say you want to stop receiving all notifications from Black River Technical College and
  2. Provide all mobile phone numbers and/or email addresses.
