BRTC Pleased with Results of Recent Student Survey
POCAHONTAS, AR Feb. 23– Black River Technical College is pleased with the results of a third-party survey recently administered to its students. BRTC was above the national average on every item and in every category.
BRTC administered the Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL) Student Satisfaction Survey to students during the Fall 2021 semester. This survey is designed for traditional undergraduate students at four-year and two-year institutions and serves as an indicator of the quality of the current student experience. It asks students to indicate both the level of importance they place on a survey item and their level of satisfaction with the institution in meeting this expectation. The results provide a roadmap for next steps that the institution can take to respond to the issues that students identify.
Dr. Martin Eggensperger, BRTC President, states, “We’re pleased that these results reflect the pride, effort, and care that our people take in serving our students. Though the BRTC team consistently outperformed the national community college average, we’re committed to being even better. We’re excited to use this feedback to influence the BRTC experience for students for years to come.”
