Start now to achieve your dream as a Real Estate Agent and complete your education requirements.  Black River Technical College can get you on the road to a new and exciting career as a Real Estate Agent in our 60-Hour Pre-License course.  To further your career in Real Estate other classes offered are the 18-hour Post License course and the required continuing education course.  Real Estate is like any other business.  It takes an open mind and willingness to learn new things in order to stay ahead of the competition and anticipate the next move.   Employment opportunities include Real Estate Salesperson, Broker/Owner, Real Estate Manager, and Financial/Mortgage Companies.
