The 60 Hour Pre-licensure course is designed to cover the basics of the real estate industry from the aspects of consumer representation, legal instruments, environmental issues, property management, and various aspects of real estate ownership. The course not only provides the basics to help prepare sales and broker students to pass the state exams, but is also utilized by many individuals for professional development, personal knowledge of real estate, and enhanced job opportunities.

You must attend the entire course (6 days) equaling the required 60 hours of training to receive credit and be released to test.

CCE-RE-102: 18-Hour Salesperson Post License, 1.8 CEUs

The post-licensure education requirement for salespersons is 18 classroom hours. This course will include six-hour segments of closing methods and practice, agency and disclosure, and real estate contracts and forms.

This course explores the legal, ethical and professional relationships between the Agent and the Broker. Creating and maintaining a balanced professional relationship will increase your sales and your reputation.

We will see how the needs of the agent/broker and the public can also be accomplished with little to no risk of legal liability. The National Association of Realtors established Ethics and Standards of Practice that will be reviewed in this class. It addresses a higher performance standard rather than just the mere requirements of the law.  We will explore the different types of relationships an agent or broker must develop.
